Returns:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, We only limit a ONE time return for an exchange only if the reasoning for exchange is due to the manufacturing error and not a customer error. If the error is due to a customer error i.e ( accidentally ordered the wrong size, wrong color, or multiple items .. etc. ) we are NOT held responsible and NOT REQUIRED to offer any refunds, exchanges, or returns. If it is a manufactured error, we will take full responsibility. Please see EXCHANGES for more details.
Refunds:
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds unless it is a manufacturer error. Thank you for understanding.
Exchanges:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, however due to covid19 we only limit a ONE time exchange if the reasoning for exchange is due to the customer and not a manufacturing error. Before returning your item for an exchange please reach out to us via email support@revivalclothingbrand.com . Before we ship out your new item, we must first receive your returned item. Once you've successfully returned your item please allow 2-3 business days to receive an email for confirmation. If an exchange is due to being a customer error and not a manufacturing error, all customers are responsible for any returning shipping fees.
Damages:
If you have received a damaged product please know that we apologize. If your product has arrived damaged please notify us immediately within the same day of arrival. If we are not notified immediately we will not be responsible for providing you with an in store credit. Once we have received an email thoroughly describing the damages, we will need a clear photo. Within 3 days of receiving your photo, you will be notified with a statement of acceptance to exchange or a declined exchange. Please note that every item is scanned multiple times before shipment, if item has left us in good condition we will not be responsible. Thank you.

• 2-5 Business Shipping Days ( Shipping Timeframe ) If there has been an issue with your order please note that shipping may vary. Shipping also varies during holidays and/or bad weather.
• Preorders can take up to 15-30 days AFTER preorders have closed ( closing date will always be in the description box of item or TWO DAYS after you've ordered ) to be delivered to you! Please take note that WEEKENDS DO NOT COUNT. Business days only!!
• Please plan accordingly. items are CUSTOM MADE and will take longer due to the item being a preorder.
