Shipping policy

Shipping:

• All orders are sent to creation immediately after purchase however you are allowed to cancel your order within 24hrs. Any orders after 24hrs cannot be canceled. Items are custom made therefore

• Please allow 2-7 Business Days To Custom Make Your Item ( Fulfillment Timeframe )
• 2-5 Business Shipping Days ( Shipping Timeframe ) If there has been an issue with your order please note that shipping may vary. Shipping also varies during holidays and/or bad weather.

• Preorders can take up to 15-30 days AFTER preorders have closed ( closing date will be in the description box of item or TWO DAYS after you’ve purchased  ) to be delivered to you! Please take note that WEEKENDS DO NOT COUNT. Business days only!!

• Please plan accordingly. items are CUSTOM MADE and will take longer due to the item being a preorder.

• All digital downloads are non-refundable, no exceptions.
